We proudly ship within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Drawn West is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns
We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
